Pantai Hospital~ O__O''

today morning

my grandma went to a clinic nearby

her stomach was VERY VERY pain

the doctor gave grandma an injection to relieve pain

and did an Ultrasound scan

the doctor said that her gallbladder was stuck by a gallstone

same problem with my other grandma

O__O''

so the doctor wrote a letter to send my grandma to the hospital

LOL his handwriting.. GENG!

grandma reach home and slept for a while

she was really tired

she cant sleep whole night

suffered from backache and stomachache

ouch

my uncle came and visited grandma

after her nap

she had a shower and packed some clothes and daily stuffs

ready to go to the hospital

after a short discussion on which private hospital to go to

my parents decided to send her to the Cheras Pantai Hospital

the staffs there sent us to the specialist

there was 2 old nurses in the shabby room

and the 2 nurses were acting REALLY weird

there's 2 doctors under this specialist

Doctor A and Doctor B

Doctor B was not on duty today

so only Doctor A was available

but the nurses like had no confidence to Doctor A

kept on suggesting us to meet Doctor B

and when they mentioned about Doctor A

they lowered their voice

like talking bad things abt Doctor A

my mom kept on asking why not Doctor A

and the nurses were just like ignoring the questions

and said that Doctor B has more experiences

but Doctor B was not there

so still we met Doctor A lar

the first time i didnt go in the room and listen what he said

i was just outside the room waiting

after they came out

Doctor A only signed a letter for grandma to do x-ray and ultrasound scan

okay

so we went downstairs for the x-ray and ultrasound

they took us about an hour

during the scanning and stuffs

the nurse kept on telling my mom to prefer Doctor B rather than Doctor A

really weird hah?

then the second time she came and told us she met Doctor B just now

and told Doctor B to meet my grandma

but she said that we should go meet Doctor A after the scanning

becoz Doctor A was the one who signed the letter

as a respect, we should go meet Doctor A

then she said after meeting Doctor A

she'll arranged us to meet Doctor B

really cant trust Doctor A?!

why they wanna defame Doctor A?!

that was so not professional

making us customers not confident to the hospital and the doctors

and so we met Doctor A

he was really old

about 60+ years old

and he was so BLUR

he analyzed the x-ray reports

and like talking shit

we all know the bile duct was stuck

no need to repeat and repeat

and when we asked questions

he didnt even answer our questions and just repeating the same thing only

then my dad asked him what's the solution 

he said there's 2 way

1 is surgery

2 is medicine

then we asked which solution he suggested

he said DONT KNOW and depend on us

what the?!

u dont know

then suppose we know?!

what doctor are u?!

all the things he said

i also learnt and knew

no need him to tell us those general things lar

6 of us in the room were so shocked in a disappoint way

haiz then we chose the medicine solution

then we went to the counter (specialist)

the nurses gave us the medicine

huh?

the medicine should be taken and paid in the ground floor counter

not suppose to be here

and the medicine

she took each and all of the medicine from a couple of rows

 and put in the plastic bag:

huh? why do so?

my dad asked her

and she answered becoz she dont want us tho re-sell the medicine

and the packaging are not even from Pantai Hospital

they sold us the medicine to earn themselves extra incomes

what the hell

so unprofessional~!!

and the 4 packet of medicines cost RM325

wow

makan duit like our beloved government

disappointed to the hospital and staffs

if one day

anything happen to me

i surely wont go Pantai Hospital

bcoz i wanna survive~!!

NO NEXT TIME!
